This vegan cafe in Lakeview focuses on food made with their house-made seitan, like a meatball sub or pizzas with seitan pepperoni. A very good veggie burger is made hearty with quinoa flour and soy protein added to roasted herbs and vegetables, while a weekly selection of desserts ranges from cake slices to cupcakes to fudge.

Fully loaded vegan deep dish pizza was amazing. Non vegan friends have said it's either the best or among the best deep dish they've had in the city.

Don is the best!! He has a well-deserved cult following. His vegan deep dish will change your life. A carnivorous friend of mine said it was the best pizza she's ever had. The fast food burger is phenomenal, hummus is special, and when he has the wiener schnitzel or "chicken" and dumplings or pot roast, you better order them!
