This stalwart Pilsen spot is an appealing option in the neighborhood. The menu touts (with good reason) the toothsome, satisfyingly steamy tamales filled with tender stewed pork. But nearly everything is easy to like at these low prices, including carne asada with nice char flavor, and a rich and complex poblano mole that’s dished out over chicken or enchiladas.
