Old Towners don’t care about all the authentic Mexican spots that are in their ’hood—their loyalty is to this sea-blue burrito-and-margarita shack (which, of course, is filled with more piñatas than you can, um, shake a stick at). The main ingredient here is cheese: it’s melted on most entrees, such as the sweet mole enchiladas (but not, thankfully, on the hearty chorizo tacos). Not everything here is tailored for the American palate, though: The salsa on the table packs a good amount of heat—the perfect pairing for one of the famous margaritas.
