Oh, Lutnia, how we wish we met you in your prime. Instead we're left to gaze at your wall lined with photos from the glory days, every Polish sports celeb and local bigwig posing happily with forkfuls of your fine-dining cuisine. Now, more than two decades since, the mirrored room, lonely baby grand and giant fake flowers just feel stuffy rather than opulent, and with only a handful of customers a week, the food—from the famed roast duck to the lox-topped potato pancakes—is clearly suffering. If there's a Polish equivalent to Gordon Ramsey, we need him to give this one-time-gem a shot in the arm...stat.
