I wasn't impressed, though I wanted to be. I actually went for a work field trip. I had heard about how innovative and trendy they were and being that I work in food service, I wanted to see what all the hub bub was about. I like the look of the place, but found the menu to be slightly overwhelming and everyone just seemed to be in a huge rush.

Of course, it is great to know about the healthful options and the fact that the gluten-free menu is so abundant. It really does meet the needs of a niche group of diners. Unfortunately, it's just not for me. I love me some spa water - make it at home all the time. Shocked that my mint cucumber water rang up to nearly $4.

I had a sea bass with kimchi broth and found the fish to be rather bland and the kimchi while super tasty, reminded me a lot of the kimchi I purchase from Costco (ps - Costco has great kimchi).
I wouldn't run to get back here, but I would give it another shot.

Walking into LYFE Kitchen for the first time, my friend and I were greeted by this giant tower of fresh green herbs. Arranged just so and artfully labeled in loopy script, it is the ideal introduction to a place that is just what is says – fresh, healthy, and delicious!

I highly recommend the chunky guacamole (which has a great hit of citrus) with the homemade chips and the mahi tacos. Anything with a slaw is good in my book, and the fish was cooked very well.
