Beware the “poison sauce.” It sits there in a bowl on the table, beckoning innocently as if it were just another salsa verde. But it’s a fire that’s tough to put out, and you might not be able to taste anything afterward. And that would be a shame, because with tangy ceviche on crispy tostadas; hand-shaped shrimp empanadas; and fish tacos slathered with seasoned crema, there’s a lot you’re going to want to taste.
