Time Out says
If you're craving Vietnamese food without the trek to Argyle Street…suck it up and go to Argyle Street. Though MC Bistro's menu covers all the basics—rice paper–wrapped spring rolls, banh mi, pho—the underseasoned, poorly executed dishes here will leave you more regretful than sated. The prices were so low we were willing to excuse greasy calamari and mere slivers of shrimp in the vermicelli-filled spring rolls, but when the mango-tapioca smoothie was chunky, the snapper undercooked and the stir-fried egg noodles flavorless, it felt as if we'd wasted more than we'd saved.
