Miku Sushi, from the same owners of Inari Sushi and Sala Bua, offers a traditional line-up of maki rolls, nigiri and sashimi. Plus: spicy tuna ravioli, tonkotsu ramen and other dishes not so typical at a traditional sushi restaurant. This restaurant is BYOB, so don't forget to grab your favorite drink before heading over.

I LOVE MIKU. The lunch special ($10 for two maki rolls and miso soup or $14 for three rolls and miso soup, from 11-4) is amazing, and that miso soup is the best I’ve had anywhere. The rolls taste super fresh, and by the time you’re done eating (I always go for the $14 option) you’ll be ridiculously full. I’ve only gone during the lunch special, but the food is seriously so good that it’s worth it to go any time of day. They’ve also got a decent-sized martini list, and while I haven’t ordered one yet, they look just as good as the food. Recommended!
