Mista is all about being small: small room (it seats maybe a dozen people), small operation (one counter guy, one cook) and a small—that is, thin—crispy, crackery crust. That crust can hold a lot of ingredients, such as the organic spinach and big dollops of seasoned ricotta in the Florentine pizza. But anybody who’s looking for something more substantial should go for the vegetable lasagna (with eggplant slices instead of pasta) or the meatball wrap, which is cheap and satisfying (that is, if you can ignore the fact that it’s a tortilla wrap and not a sub).
