This 12-year-old steakhouse still hasn’t lost its sparkle—mirrored tiles, pro athletes, and a neon-glowing Champagne and caviar bar are as posh as the menu. Lobster dots mashed potatoes, steaks are prime, and the catch of the day is fresh and well prepared. Over-the-top desserts include a pouf of cotton candy studded with candy and ice cream. Just as indulgent (and excessive) are the bathroom stalls fitted with tiny TVs.
