As one of the few places to get Middle Eastern food in Lincoln Park, Nesh earned some reliable cred. But placed within blocks of Loop Middle Eastern stars Naf Naf, Falafill, I Dream of Falafel, Roti and Benjyehuda, Nesh doesn't gleam so much as flicker, its "shrock" wraps gummy, its crispy-edged falafel heavy and pasty, and even its basic toppings lacking finesse.
