East Coast–style pizza joints are more common nowadays, but the majority are sad imitators of the real deal. Not this Highland Park spot. It’s as if the Edens led us straight to Brooklyn, from the bubbly crusted pies made with a perfect sauce-to-cheese ratio to the slick-haired customers folding their slices and watching the oil drip onto their paper plates. You’ll find calzones and garlic knots, too.
