There are three themed menus a year, which have included Paris, 1906; Modern Chinese; Vegan and more, and all deliver innovation and flavor. The dinners are ticketed, so you buy tickets in advance.

I went to their vegan theme.  It was an experience to be remembered the rest of my life.  The food was exquisite, the presentation second to none, the service impeccable.
