Gelato world champion and chef Pawel Petrykowski has taken the artistry of sweets from Poland and brought them to Chicago with four unique categories: classic, vegan, no sugar added and chef's signature. Chow down on rich Italian flavors including fior di latte and straciatella for the classics or taste fruitier palates like passionfruit, raspberry and avocado.
