A little west of Pilsen’s main strip, this long room starts off narrow and then opens up into a large dining area, complete with a stage for the band in the corner. Throw in a couple of the heavily touted “best margaritas” and you have an instant party. But that’s not to say this place won’t work for a lunch or early dinner, too: Chicken tostadas are piled high; tamales are stuffed with deliciously spicy shredded pork; and burritos are stuffed with succulent beef and creamy refried beans.
