Hope you like salad. The pizza at this lounge adjacent to Osteria via Stato is as thin as paper. And while that provides an excellent crispy base for the bright San Marzano tomatoes in the Margherita and the earthy combination of pancetta, fingerlings and smoked mozzarella on the sauceless potato pie, it’s hard to get full off this stuff. So you’ll need the arugula salad studded with sweet dates, and probably the Caesar salad, too. And while you’re at it, may as well throw in the indulgent spinach-and-pecorino fonduta.
