The rest of the menu is made of the health-conscious fare that turned young and attractive Loop suits into devoted fans: enormous salads with ingredients like black beans and avocado, filling “bar-ritos” made with quinoa instead of rice, and blended drinks with whey, soy or egg protein powder to provide an early-morning or after-lunch boost.
