In the back of this small grocery store is a made-to-order juice bar specializing in nutrition-minded drinks (not to mention enviro-consciousness, as their "bring-your-own-container" suggestion indicates). Jamba Juice, however, this is not: drinks are made from organic ingredients such as wheatgrass, agave, maca powder and more. Smoothies (such as the Mocha Maca Berry, made with quinoa flakes and berries) are blended at a glacial pace, served around room temperature and retain a texture that's more grainy than smooth.
