Red Light is temporarily closed. The only problem at this pan-Asian West Loop stalwart is what to order. Having tried most of it, we can say we love starting with the five-spice ribs, the crispy Maine lobster mango rolls and the crunchy calamari-tangerine salad. Next, we go for the fisherman’s stew (it’s the miso-lobster chili broth that makes it), the five-spice braised pork hash and the peanut-studded panang-beef curry, with an order of edamame stir-fried with pearl onions and cashews.
