There’s a disorienting flurry of activity going on inside this riverside joint, which has tapped the Loop’s feverish hunger for Middle Eastern food. First-timers should just get in line and pick a bread (“hand-stretched” flatbread), a filling (we like the juicy fire-roasted chicken) and then sauces and toppings. The line moves quickly, and workers exhibit little patience, so you won’t have much time to think. Luckily, with options such as kalamata olives, onions, a cool yogurt-cucumber sauce and roasted–red pepper aioli, it’s hard to go wrong.
