Time Out says

In the 1950's, Sabas Vega was one of the first restaurants in Chicago to specalize in carnitas, and they're excellent. Now, three generations later, they've expanded to include favorite home-style dishes from tortas to fajitas. And due to increasing popularity, Sabas Vega also caters and has a food truck you can find around the city.
