Hailing from Hong Kong (where there are 40 locations), Saint’s Alp probably doesn’t raise an eyebrow among anybody back in the homeland. Here in the States, however, this fast-food teahouse is a novelty. The teas here are great (we particularly like the creamy and full-flavored sesame-milk variety), but the food lacks excitement. But at least there’s a view: Sucking down a bowl of vermicelli noodles while taking in the sights of bustling Chinatown is this spot’s strong suit.
