It’s not the hot spot it was when it put River North on the map in the early ’80s, but this cavernous Italian mainstay still keeps the crowds coming. The flatbread pizzas are a good bet, especially the Roasted Mushroom Bianca with porcini pesto and white truffle oil. The wine list is as big as the dinner menu, with more than 40 by-the-glass options. Expect a huge family crowd on Sundays, when kids 12 and under get to don chef gear and make their own pizzas at no charge from 4:30–6:30pm.
