It always feels like a warm, sunny day when we eat chef Carol Wallack’s Hawaiian-influenced food. Dishes such as a pan-seared pork trio with a port and red curry jus, lemongrass-crusted mahimahi with coconut-jasmine rice and ginger-glazed grilled salmon with edamame puree beg to be eaten outside on the restaurant’s patio, but in winter, you’ll do just as well by taking a few bites, closing your eyes and dreaming of brighter days.
