La Sirena Clandestina's chef John Manion hands over the reins to chef and collaborator with restaurant group Viva la Rev Mark Steuer to explore his German roots for a dinner series. The chefs are creating a monthly dinner, this month featuring family-style dishes like kasespaetzle and smoked brisket. Wash everything down with local German-style beers.
