Known as Original Soul Vegetarian for almost four decades, Soul Veg City embraced a new name, renovated digs and expanded menu in early 2021 in honor of its 40th year of cooking up delectable plant-based dishes in Chatham. Folks have long flocked here for hearty lunch and dinner options—like the toothsome BBQ Twist sandwich and soy-based Garvey Burger—but will now have a chance to dine on new menu items, from smoothies to an expanded roster of soups.
