Whether or not you find a pizza called “It’s For My Girlfriend” sexist, the version at this new River North slice shop is definitely not for the intended stereotype. No self-conscious eater would tolerate all that mozzarella on top of the otherwise solid combination of sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese. But all those people stumbling in and out of River North bars on weekend nights? They'll eat this stuff happily. Which is good, because that's who this takeout window (open until 2am on the weekends) is made for anyway. Note to those bargoers: Get the pizza with blue cheese and onions.
