Former Leña Brava chef Stephen Sandoval launches Soho House Chicago's restaurant incubator project with Sueños, a Baja-inspired concept that's taking root in the West Loop space for a six-month residency. Branching off his earlier pop-up dinner series Entre Sueños, Sandoval will serve seafood-forward offerings that channel street food from Tijuana to San Diego, including Kanpachi belly tostada, beer-battered fish tacos and a selection of ceviche and mixta. Round off your meal with Latin American-inspired cocktails from Danielle Lewis (Boka), from sangria to Fernet and coke.
