Time Out says

Owner Teresa Ging came to the cupcake biz from Wall Street, which may explain where she developed a penchant for shots. At Sugar Bliss, though, that means dollar frosting shots, in flavors like dark-chocolate, strawberry-cream-cheese, lemon-coconut or orange-vanilla-zest, all adorned with the shop’s signature flower design. For more than just a sugar high, the small downtown shop sells fresh fruit–studded muffins and cupcakes that run the gamut from classic (such as Texas Red Velvet) to unconventional (the seasonal Pina Colada cake with pineapple buttercream).

One of my go to places for sweet treats! Love the cupcakes and the cake pops are to die for! Everything I have tried here has been so delicious. Always a place I stop by for a special occasion or birthday treat

I am such a fan of Sugar Bliss. I tend to stick to more traditional flavors in my regular sweets intake, but it's great that they offer some out of the box options as well for those who are more daring than I am. The cupcakes and cake pops are incredibly moist, but still not so much so that the cake falls apart like some other shops. I'm happy to hear that they are expanding to more locations so I can go more frequently and try out some of their other offerings (gourmet ice pops - yes please!).
