This little gem may have moved from its original Logan Square spot, but it still serves up the same great food at a good value. The quiet guy behind the counter is a fantastic cook, evident in his four vibrant housemade salsas that start the meal; the greaseless, flattened tostones (request with garlic or “con ajo”); fluffy rice with pigeon peas; and crispy-skinned, juice-packed rotisserie chicken, the namesake and star of the show. All of this for six bucks? Sold.
