It may be shiny, new and suburban, but this mammoth drive-in hot dog stand still oozes the same 1950s charm—including its own set of anthropomorphized hot dogs out front—that made the original Superdawg a Chicago institution. In cooler weather, you'll find plenty of indoor seating amid a quasi-museum loaded with press write-ups and souvenirs (Superdawg onesie, anyone?). But the real appeal is having a carhop deliver your Whoopskidawg, fries and Supershake to one of 65 drive-in stalls. That's super, dawg.
