The first city location of this suburban barbecue joint opened in Wrigleyville with two new terms affixed to its name: bourbon and beer. This was a wise move for two reasons. First, because these are two things this neighborhood just can't bring itself to say no to. And second, because by treating this place as a bar, you'll save yourself from the gritty fried pickles, fatty ribs, dry cornbread and snapless, hot dog–like "Texas sausage."
