As its moniker would suggest, the focus here is on the cuisine of Northern Thailand, so pass over menu conventions like pad thai and massaman curry for house specialties like mildly funky Northern Thai sausage and kow soy, a rich, fragrant coconut gravy over egg noodles and incredibly tender chicken.
