Edgewater isn't where you'd think of for sushi, but this tiny spot has some of the best sushi in Chicago. With white and light woods, it's a serene spot for dining on pristine slices of sashimi. An eight-piece sashimi appetizer is just $10.95, and comes with cleanly sliced tuna, salmon and other fish. Maki are simple and straightforward, and combination platters and a few appetizers round out the very simple menu. It's BYOB, so bring along some sake, wine or beer for a very solid dinner without spending a ton.
