Inspired by Californian street food, Tallboy Taco offers breakfast dinner and lunch wrapped in handmade corn tortillas, flour tortillas or lettuce wraps. You'll find skirt steak, chicken, cripsy cod, al pastor and baja shrimp tacos on the menu, accompanied by ceviche, chips, salsa and guacamole. This taco spot does plenty of takeout business, since it's located near Northwestern Memorial Hospital, but if you're sticking around to enjoy your food, you can also get a margarita.
