Time Out says

Celebrate local chefs with a virtual version of the James Beard Founation's Taste America event, featuring a three-course meal prepared by Chef Dylan Patel of avec. Attendees will be able to enjoy dishes like chicken liver mousse, Moroccan seafood stew and dark chocolate opera cake while watching a national broadcast featuring James Beard Foundation friends, chefs and special guests. Meals can be picked up on Sunday, March 21 at avec.
