The Gold Coast's oldest cafe boasts an all-day breakfast menu in addition to its daily changing dinner, brunch and lunch menus. The café doubles as a bar, with a wide selection of craft beers, an extensive wine list and cocktails on request.

The 3rd Coast says
The oldest café in the Gold Coast will surprise you with culinary delights. We are proud to source locally, use grain fed “free bird” chicken, farm fresh eggs, and Angus prime beef. Locals love the options of breakfast all day, incredible salads, sandwiches, a nightly changing dinner menu including fresh seafood, steaks, and vegan items. We offer selected boutique wines, hand crafted beers and full bar. From early morning fresh baked scones to late night dinner, wine and music, the “Coast” is an off the beaten track treasure full of ambiance, good old fashioned food and cocktails. “The 3rd Coast Café is as Chicago as Wrigley Field” — New York Post

Its "Old School" cool with a daily changing dinner menu that has something for everyone including breakfast all day!

Awesome fresh food. Never a disappointment. Great brunch and dinner menus. House made scones that I make sure to bring back to New York every time I visit. Very cool owners who strive to serve the neighborhood and take care of their staff.
