Hot dogs are once again making a go of it in the former Lincoln Park Rockstar Dogs location. Unlike the previous tenant, however, this operation is decidedly no-frills. The Polish char is a better bet than the wimpy hot dog or greasy fries, and puck-tough burgers should be avoided. But don’t discount the place entirely— when you take into account a 4am weekend closing time and dirt-cheap prices, the food suddenly seems much more palatable.
