Hampton Social just smells like vacation - we went on a Friday night with live music. The atmosphere is fun, everybody seems to be dressed like they're in the Hamptons and the food was delicious. Like most River North restaurants, I think the menu is a bit overpriced for portion sizes, but hey, half priced bottles of wine? That's called balance. I ordered the fish and chips and was not disappointed. I recommend the tuna tartar or ceviche as an appetizer.

I came here with my 20-year-old cousin, who was in love with the decor. It definitely has a certain youthful Lilly Pulitzer appeal, but also a total Mom's Night Out vibe. The large pineapple cocktail looks super cute, but the cocktail itself wasn't anything to write home about. The food was very good though! The lobster roll was simple, buttery and delicious. The seafood linguine was also fantastic. I'd go for a fun weeknight dinner again.

I've been here on a few different occasions, primarily on sisters/girls nights, and one time on a date. Somehow the light airy atmosphere combined with all of their awesome happy hours specials makes it a great place to feel lovely with whoever you bring with you!.The 1/2 price rose glasses and pizzas make it worthwhile to pop into after work in the summer months and still feel like you are outside in the sunshine. The lobster roll and seafood salad are both fantastic, not to mention the burratta appetizer that melts directly onto the bread like butter. The tuna tartare was delightful; they take their seafood seriously here! The hammocks and light fixtures and tropical feel of the place makes you feel like you are almost on vacation, and its always nice to feel like you have an escape from the cold in this city. On my most recent visit, I found out they have live bands in the basement level; will definitely be checking that out too!

I have to admit that I felt a bit basic going to diner here, especially since their Friday happy hour special is half price bottles of rose. But the atmosphere is super fun and light and the decorations are really beautiful. Our waitress was really wonderful and attentive and the food was really good!

Nothing like an all day happy hour to liven up your Monday! I was initially intrigued by The Hampton Social after hearing about the half-off specialty cocktails and appetizers offer on everyone's least favorite day of the week.

The atmosphere is the true stunner here - there is a bright, beautiful, nautical vibe when you first enter. Live music played while people swung in rope hammocks in the cozy coastal lounge. While I was impressed with the tasty Nor'easter cocktail and flavorful quinoa salad, our service was noticeably slow. Luckily, there is plenty of entertaining people watching with this trendy crowd while you wait!

Get your Lilly Pulitzer and Polo's because its an all around experience. I wasn't quite prepared for the all out fashion show, but the I must say it is a visual get away. The food was good. I had a lobster roll, a few pizzas and there was a rose wine special so it was a good time all in all. It was crowded and there was party there, not the best social scene for the first time, but still a good time.
