A chain steakhouse inside a hotel isn’t the first place that comes to mind to satisfy carnivorous cravings in this town. But if you’ve got a taste for old-fashioned indulgence, it would be a shame to overlook this spot. The Palm does wonders with monstrous cuts of USDA Prime, gargantuan lobsters and classic artery-clogging add-ons like creamed spinach and French-fried onions. Add a martini or two, and you’ll be partying like it’s 1959.
