Time Out says

What used to be a meatpacking facility is now a "net-zero energy food business incubator." What's that? A building in the Back of the Yards neighborhood that houses tenants for food and drink businesses, a non-profit education and research center and indoor demonstration farms. Tenants are wildly different, like kombucha breweries and an urban mushroom farming group.
