Don’t go to Tokyo Marina if you’re looking for fancy-pants feng shui seating arrangements or marvelous maki creations. This is a basic raw fish emporium where chefs acquit themselves yeoman-like, churning out fresh stuff for decent prices. You won’t be wowed and you won’t be bummed, but if you get a combo platter or chirashi, you will be quite content.
