Co-owner and Executive Chef Dong Ju Park has been in the restaurant business for years and happily adds his experience creating traditionally flavored dishes to the menu. Ttowa's main entrees feature a variety of spices, meats and vegetables. Patrons can dine on dishes such as bibimbab, kimchi stew and bossam, which is grilled, braised pork belly.

Ttowa serves Korean dumplings called mandoo that can also be prepared to accommodate vegetarian diets. It accepts reservations and offers take-out services for guests on-the-move. Featured on Check, Please! and established in 2004, this family-owned restaurant has a kimbap bar and daily lunch specials. It provides catering services and party platters.
