Damn Gina! These burgs were tasty! We waited for the hype to die and it was a perfect Sunday night din din. We had the umami burger which tasted like a suped up meatball burger?! I loved it but not a traditional burg. The sunny side was the other. Oh hell...yyyeeeaaaasssss! This was good. Great truffle remnants mixed with beef and egg. Loved! Maple bacon fries...damn good Onion rings...delish. We liked it!

Umami burger is a fantastic spot to find some nontraditional flavors! A tip if you love truffle - the actually truffle burger is a little too rich and overwhelming, I chose the sunny side which was a better flavor combination of truffled thyme butter, arugula, truffled aioli, and a fried egg. I also loved the assortment of dipping sauces that came with the fries (truffled of course, notice a pattern yet?). This location also serves beer and cocktails, and all burgers can be substituted with a portobello mushroom.

I went to Umami Burger this past weekend and really liked it. When I sat down and saw tat they had a truffle burger I was sold. If you're looking for a classic american cheeseburger then I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place, but if you want to try some fun an interesting twists on the classic I would definitely check it out!
