Uncle John's

Popular pit master Mack Sevier essentially licensed his ramshackle-roadside-barbecue-house brand (Uncle John’s) to the Dat Donut team that owns this slicker outfit. Still, it has just about everything we love at the original: Sage-packed hot links and crispy chicken wings as a sneaky sleeper hit. What this location lacks is the wallop of smoke Sevier so expertly coaxed out of his pit over at the original, but when we can grab a perfect, warm, glazed doughnut while picking up our ’cue, we’re not complaining.
