Uno Mas Cocina & Tequila serves authentic Mexican cuisine with a twist in the Greater North Shore suburb of Glenview. Developed by Chef Jose Zapata, the menu features wood-grilled, all-natural meats, fish and poultry. Start your meal with something fun from the inventive appetizer menu, such as a salsa flight, grilled street corn or Mexican disco fries with red mole, chicken chorizo and cotija cheese. Entrees at Uno Mas include salads, cheese crisps, burritos, fajitas and street taco platters. There are also vegetarian options available, such as the flower child street taco platter with portobello mushroom and organic cactus slaw.
In addition to an excellent wine and beer selection, the bar menu features a variety of specialty margaritas that are available on the rocks or frozen. Uno Mas is located at the south end of the Glen Town Center in Glenview.
