The fancy taco spot's first location outside of Texas is this Gold Coast outpost. Expect pork belly, calamari and falafel tacos alongside classics like chicken, fish and shredded pork. There's a margarita, wine and beer, and if you go to the back entrance, you can get a build-your-own-taco package for $20. The counter spot will also have a Chicago specific dish, the Chicago Haute Dog taco, which piles pork belly with pickles, pickled fresnos, mustard, tomato, red onion, poppy seed and celery salt.
