Owner Jon Young of Kitsch’n on Roscoe and Kitsch’n River North has teamed up with chef Stephen Dunne (formerly mk’s chef de cuisine) at this small-plates wine bar. Dunne’s best dishes are the rich ones: Plates like his intense duck confit leg with braised red cabbage and roasted veal marrow bones with toast. Luckily the eclectic wine list is well thought-out and stocked with plenty of food-friendly quaffs to cut through it all.

I recently discovered this spot and have been coming back to it regularly now. I love the wine selection here, great for dates or after work drinks. Has a great atmosphere here and every time I've been in they have fresh flowers all over. I have really liked the food I've had here but have yet to have an entire meal; I love the beet salad! Friendly and knowledgeable staff that are great at guiding one through the wine lists. I am looking forward to warmer months to enjoy their outside space.  


OBSESSED! I now have a new favorite Chicago go-to. The happy hour special $1 oysters and $2 pork belly was phenomenal. The wine was superb. Service was excellent. The outdoor patio was incredibly beautiful and perfect for a date or girl's night. The cheese plate was so delicious. I can't wait to come back and try more off the menu. My only regret is that I hadn't been coming here sooner!
