Chef Yoon’s accomplishments are extensive, and include accolades such as executive chef for 1 of the top 10 restaurants in the U.K “LA Mere Zou”. Starred in Culinary shows in Tokyo-Tasty Road #3, Tasty TV, Arirang TV and “Hot Plate”. He honed his skills with 10 years as a senior chef in South Korea, Executive chef at Rincon De Diego in Spain. chef at Ibiza in New Zealand, Alhambra and Eat 15 in Sydney Australia, as well as cooking for the king and Queen of Norway and the Emperor of Japan. Westwood Bistro features seating for 120 indoors and 34 outdoors (weather permitting).
