There’s a lot to choose from on the menu at this after-work spot, which owners Edgar and Marcos Castañeda very much want to be different from their family’s chain of Mexican spots, Lalo’s. Make a meal out of starters like a trio of sprightly ceviches; a duo of tamales, one stuffed with fiery strips of jalapeño; and fish tacos that join grilled tilapia with crunchy pickled onions. Save room for stellar margaritas, or skip the food and come just for those.
